Stroller Hire

Strollers are available for hire from the Customer Service Desk, free of charge with approved identification for a period of three hours. Bookings are recommended as quantities are limited.  Please contact the Customer Service Desk on 9478 1399.

Parent Rooms

Parent Rooms are well-equipped with microwaves, changing tables and family toilets for the convenience of Mums and Dads.  These are located in the Pandora passageway, in the Food Court area, in the Fresh Food Mall next to the Optus store and in the mall between Target and Kmart.

Bicycle Parking

Northland Shopping Centre is located close to the Darebin bike path and there are designated places for parking your bike while in the Centre. Bike racks are found at the door outside the Food Court leading to the multi-deck car park, opposite the Reject Shop, outside A1 Drycleaning door and outside DC's Cafe (Hoyts entrance).

Banks and ATMs

Banks and various ATM machines are located throughout Northland. ATMs are located in the Food Court, below the escalators leading to Hoyts cinemas, near Kmart and at the Northland Drycleaners entrance door. Furthermore, you will find additional ATMs in the Fresh Food Mall, directly outside Safeway and directly opposite T-Life.

Medical Services

A range of medical services are available at Northland, including Northland Medical & Dental, Medical Imaging (Radiology), Melbourne Pathology, Medicare and health insurers Medibank Private and HBA.

Australia Post

Australia Post is located externally outside the Fresh Food Mall entrance (Murray Road), opposite 1st Choice Liquor. Services include passport applications, driver licence renewals, bill paying and postal services.

Disability Services

Wheelchair and Motorised Scooter Hire
Wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available for hire from the Customer Service Desk, free of charge with approved identification for a period of three hours. Bookings are recommended as numbers are limited. Please contact the Customer Service Desk on 9478 1399.

Disabled Toilets
Disabled toilet facilities are located at each of the four main toilet facilities throughout the centre for your convenience. These are situated at the following locations:

• In the Pandora passageway
• In the Fresh Food Mall between Myer and Optus
• In the Food Court near Donut King
• In the mall between Target and Kmart

There are also disabled toilet facilities located on level 1 in the Hoyts corridor.

Disabled Parking
There are a total of 55 disabled parking bays at various locations. The main areas include outside the Coles entrance (six parking bays), Safeway entrance (15 parking bays) and the basement car park (12 parking bays) providing lift access to the mall between Target and Kmart.

Lift Access
There is access to the basement level (for Centre Management) and level 1 (for Medical Services) via the lift located in the Pandora passageway. A lift to access Lincraft is located further down the Pandora passageway, next to the female toilets. A lift is located in the ground floor dome below Hoyts to access level 1 (for Hoyts and The Pancake Parlour). There are also lifts providing access to the multilevel car parks at the Food Court, Safeway and Medicare entrances and the basement car park located in the mall between Target and Kmart.
