Wheelchairs, Motorised Scooters and Stroller hire

A limited number of wheelchairs, motor scooters and strollers are available for hire from the Customer Service Desk, free of charge with approved identification for a period of three (3) hours. Bookings are recommended as quantities are limited.  Please contact the Customer Service Desk on 9478 1399.

Banks and various ATM's

Banks and various ATM machines are located throughout Northland. National Australia Bank has now opend in the Fresh Fodd Mall, opposite A1 Drycleaning (Directly at the entrance doors).  ATM's are located in the Food Court, below the escalators leading to Hoyts cinemas, near Kmart and at the Northland Drycleaners entrance door. Furthermore, you will find additional ATM's in the Fresh Food Mall, directly outside Safeway and directly opposite T-Life.

Parents' Rooms

Parent Rooms are well equipped with microwaves, changing tables and family toilets for the convenience of Mums and Dads.  These are located at the end of the passageway between Priceline and Victoria Station, in the Food Court area and now in the Fresh Food Mall, next to the new Optus store,within the passageway.

Medicare

Medicare is now located at the entrance doors of the north west car park side, near Kmart.

Australia Post

Australia Post is now located externally outside the Fresh Food Mall entrance (Murray Road), opposite 1st Choice Liquor.   Services include passport applications, driver licence renewals, bill paying and postal services.

Bicycle Parking

The Northland Shopping Centre is located close to the Darebin bike path and there are designated places for parking your bike while in the centre. Bike racks are found at the door outside the Food Court leading to the multi-deck carpark, opposite the Reject Shop, outside A1 Drycleaning door and outside DC's Cafe (Hoyts entrance).
